Purchase Your Land

Do you already own land, maybe inherited from a family member or passed down through the generations? Or maybe you got a good deal on it several years ago and it’s finally time to do something with it. Or, like plenty of folks who decide to build a home, maybe you need help finding and buying land on which to build your new home? If this is the case, you can rest easy knowing that when you partner with Carolina Custom Homes, we’ll help you find the land and buy it for you outright. This way, we can include it in the final cost of building your home without putting you through the hassle of managing multiple loans and payments.

Getting land is often one of the most stressful parts of building a home, and far as we know, we’re the only home builders who offer to buy and bundle the land with your building cost, which we think is a pretty obvious solution. Why wouldn’t we want to make the building process easier for our customers and ourselves?

Find a Floorplan

Shop our floor plans, take a virtual tour, schedule an on-site tour, and even customize your favorite floor plan. Whether you choose from one in our showroom or design your own from scratch, we just want you to love your new layout.

Building the Modules of Your Job

Once you’ve decided on all of your customizations, like styles, appliances, and upgrades, you’ll send your final choices to your builder, and we’ll be able to offer you an all-in price point. If you come in under or over your ideal budget, our team will be able to suggest the best adjustments to your design to meet your lifestyle, preferences, and your budget without any surprises.

Building the Modules of Your Job

We’ll start out by building the modules of your home in our climate-controlled factory setting here at our facility in Burlington, NC. While our team is building your home offsite, we’ll also start clearing and grading the lot for your home if this wasn’t already completed beforehand.

Assembly of Your Home on Your Land

Once we’ve made sure the modules of your home are up to par and complete, we’ll finish the building process on-site. Since modules are built off-site, you can trust that progress won’t be interrupted by common weather and construction delays. Once it’s all put together, we’ll connect your utilities, add additional siding, and install all of your chosen appliances and fixtures.

Moving In

This is where the magic happens. It’s time to turn your new house into your dream home. You’ve got the perfect floor plan, top notch appliances, and your favorite paints and finishes, so now it’s time to fill it with your belongings and flex your interior design skills.
